One card for every payment

To add a card to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet: the country/region of the Apple (Google) ID must be included in the list of countries that support Apple Pay (Google Pay), and must not be in the list of prohibited countries (Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, Russia, Myanmar, Somalia, Ukraine, Yemen, China).
When issuing a card, you must link an email to which confirmation will be sent when linking the card.
Make sure that the region of the Apple (Google) ID matches the region under which the card was issued. When linking, we recommend using a VPN with an IP from the same country as the Apple (Google) ID.

Please provide your first and last name if necessary. This way, when interacting with services regarding your payment, you can later use your documents and state that you are using a virtual card for secure payments. In most cases, this is sufficient and the payment passes verification.

Payment with the card must be made strictly with VPN enabled.
If the service account was previously created in Russia, then before payment you must change the region in the subscription settings.
Pay attention to the email when registering the account, avoid RU domains. Before payment, make sure that the created account has a region change function. At the time of payment, you can use any first and last name.

In case of violation of the rules, we reserve the right to block the card without a refund.
Violation also includes a high percentage of declined transactions due to the use of payments for prohibited categories and untimely replenishment of the card when linked to services.
Card2card format (card-to-card transfer) is not supported.

At the user's request, the card may be blocked with a refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the card is blocked. Refunds on our side are made to the AlfaBit account if the card was not accepted by the service. Refund is not provided for successful payments followed by a refund request. The balance on the card will remain available for further use.
After the card is blocked, reissuing a card of the same type is temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons.

In the event of a refund for a transaction made using an AlfaBit card, the refunded amount is credited not to the user’s bank card, but to the user’s internal balance within the AlfaBit system. The crediting period for the refunded funds may take up to thirty (30) calendar days from the moment the refund is initiated and depends on the regulations and processing timelines of the payment systems, acquiring banks, and processing centers involved in the transaction.
