The payment uses the details you enter. Check the ID or login before confirming. If you discover a mistake after paying, contact support with the order number; the available options depend on the provider’s result.
Can I get a refund after paying?
Refund options depend on the order status and the provider’s rules. Do not pay again while the result is being checked. Contact support with your order number.
Where can I find payment confirmation?
Open the order in My purchases to see the amount and status. For SBP payments, confirmation is also available in your banking app. Contact support if you need an additional document.
