An order may be rejected in the following cases:

2. You transferred the wrong amount and the system does not recognize your payment;
3. You transferred an amount of Bitcoin less than the minimum recommended commission according to the order. Orders with Bitcoin, paid for an amount less than the minimum recommended commission of the system, are not subject to execution and return;
4. You have specified incorrect details, according to which the system cannot make a payment;
5. You entered an invalid email address.
