Who are we looking for?

Due to the growth and development of the company, we require an experienced IT (Digital) Recruiter.

Responsibilities
  • Screening and recruitment of IT and Digital staff for Middle/Senior level vacancies;
  • Preliminary assessment and selection of candidates;
  • Interaction with hiring managers;
  • Search for new channels to attract candidates for vacancies;
  • Providing analytics and reporting on vacancies.
Requirements
  • You have been working in professional IT and Digital recruitment for more than two years;
  • Understand the recruitment process, know how to assess candidates, know search methods and resources;
  • You are able to close complex vacancies independently and are able to build communication with hiring managers;
  • Demonstrate curiosity and interest in IT and Digital;
  • You are proactive and flexible in your work.
