Due to the growth and development of the company, we require an experienced IT (Digital) Recruiter.
- Responsibilities
- Screening and recruitment of IT and Digital staff for Middle/Senior level vacancies;
- Preliminary assessment and selection of candidates;
- Interaction with hiring managers;
- Search for new channels to attract candidates for vacancies;
- Providing analytics and reporting on vacancies.
- Requirements
- You have been working in professional IT and Digital recruitment for more than two years;
- Understand the recruitment process, know how to assess candidates, know search methods and resources;
- You are able to close complex vacancies independently and are able to build communication with hiring managers;
- Demonstrate curiosity and interest in IT and Digital;
- You are proactive and flexible in your work.
