An order may be rejected in the following cases:

According to the user agreement of our service p.9.4.1: "To change the beneficiary's details, the User submits an application to change the details in an email sent to support_exchange@alfabit.org. The letter must be sent from the email address specified when creating the order in which the User wishes to change the details. The letter should specify the number of the order, the old requisites from the order and the new requisites for receiving funds".

- Orders in Bitcoin, paid for an amount less than the minimum recommended commission of the system, will not be refunded;
- You have indicated incorrect transfer details, for which the system can not make a payment. In this case it will be necessary to change the details.
